Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when NextGen confirms it for processing. Availability, delivery arrangements, credit approval, and any signed quotation or agreement may affect acceptance.
Prices and payment
Store prices are shown in Papua New Guinea Kina unless stated otherwise. Invoice or monthly terms require approval and may be governed by a separate quotation or agreement. Do not treat a draft invoice as proof of payment.
Product information and stock
We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and stock accurate. If an item becomes unavailable or information is materially incorrect, we will contact you before fulfilment and explain the available options.
Delivery, returns, and warranty
Delivery timing and charges depend on destination and order requirements. Return or warranty eligibility depends on the item, its condition, manufacturer terms, and the written order documents. Contact support before returning goods.
